WordPress plugins, WooCommerce solutions, OTP authentication services, WhatsApp authentication features,
customer analytics tools, and related services.

AuthGo is a product/service owned and operated by WebSure Technologies Pvt Ltd.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, downloading our plugins, or using our services,
you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms,
you should not use our website, products, or services.

1. Definitions

You may use AuthGo only for lawful business, personal, or client website purposes. You agree not to use our website,
products, or services for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AuthGo complies with all applicable laws, regulations,
platform policies, WhatsApp Business policies, SMS regulations, email communication rules, data protection laws,
and privacy requirements.

3. Product Description

AuthGo is a WooCommerce OTP login, passwordless authentication, secure registration, forgot password OTP,
checkout mobile verification, WhatsApp OTP, SMS OTP, email OTP, Firebase OTP, biometric login, user event tracking,
and customer analytics solution.

Features may vary depending on product version, license type, website configuration, third-party gateway support,
server environment, browser compatibility, and WordPress/WooCommerce compatibility.

4. Purchases and Payments

If you purchase any product or service from AuthGo or our associated platforms, you may be required to provide billing,
contact, and payment-related information.

You represent and warrant that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • You agree to pay the applicable product or service fees.

We do not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers or banking details on our servers.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review any order if fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing error,
product misuse, or illegal activity is suspected.

5. Product Delivery

AuthGo is a digital product. After successful payment verification, access to the purchased product, download file,
license, or account area may be provided automatically or manually.

In some cases, manual verification may be required. Delivery delays may occur due to payment verification,
fraud review, technical issues, or account-related checks.

6. License and Usage

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing AuthGo gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
the product according to the license terms provided at the time of purchase.

You may not:

  • Resell AuthGo as your own product.
  • Claim ownership of AuthGo.
  • Redistribute the plugin without permission.
  • Share paid files publicly.
  • Sell modified or unmodified versions of AuthGo.
  • Remove copyright, license, or ownership notices.

7. Updates and Compatibility

We may provide product updates, improvements, security fixes, and compatibility updates from time to time.

We aim to keep AuthGo compatible with supported versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and modern browsers.
However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting provider, server configuration,
custom code, or third-party API.

Older versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, or unsupported plugins may cause compatibility issues.

8. Third-Party Services and APIs

AuthGo may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • WhatsApp Cloud API
  • SMSQuicker
  • Firebase
  • Custom SMS gateways
  • Email services
  • Payment gateways
  • WooCommerce
  • WordPress
  • Analytics or reporting tools

You are responsible for creating, configuring, maintaining, and complying with the terms of any third-party
services you use with AuthGo.

We are not responsible for third-party API downtime, pricing changes, delivery failures, message delays,
account restrictions, policy changes, rejected messages, OTP failures, or service interruptions caused by
third-party providers.

9. WhatsApp, SMS and OTP Usage

When using AuthGo for WhatsApp, SMS, or OTP communication, you agree to:

  • Send messages only to users who are allowed to receive them.
  • Follow applicable consent and communication laws.
  • Follow WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.
  • Avoid spam, fraud, misleading messages, or unauthorized communication.
  • Use approved templates where required.
  • Maintain accurate business and customer records.

We are not responsible if your WhatsApp Business account, SMS provider account, API account, or messaging service
is restricted, suspended, rejected, or disabled due to misuse, policy violations, or third-party decisions.

10. User Event Tracking and Analytics

AuthGo may include customer event tracking and analytics features. These features are designed to help store owners
understand customer behavior on their WooCommerce stores.

You are responsible for informing your website visitors and customers about any tracking, analytics, cookies,
OTP verification, WhatsApp communication, or data processing performed through AuthGo.

You should update your own website privacy policy and consent mechanisms as required by applicable laws.

11. Support

Support may be provided through email, ticket system, account area, documentation, or other available channels.

Support is generally available for verified customers only. Support may include guidance for installation,
configuration, product usage, bug reporting, and troubleshooting.

Support does not include free custom development, third-party plugin fixes, theme customization, server management,
third-party API setup, or unrelated website issues unless separately agreed.

12. Customization

You may customize AuthGo according to your requirements, subject to license restrictions. However, custom modifications
may affect compatibility, updates, support eligibility, or product stability.

We are not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized modifications, custom code, third-party developers,
or changes made outside the standard product functionality.

13. Refund Policy

Since AuthGo is a digital product, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been delivered,
downloaded, activated, or made available.

A refund may be considered only if:

  • There is a major technical issue with the product.
  • The issue is verified by our team.
  • We are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • The product was materially misrepresented.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You changed your mind.
  • You purchased the wrong product.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • Your server, theme, plugin, or third-party API is incompatible.
  • You lack required technical knowledge.
  • A third-party service such as WhatsApp, SMS gateway, Firebase, or payment gateway does not work as expected.
  • You failed to follow documentation or setup instructions.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not use AuthGo or our services for:

  • Spam messaging.

  • Phishing or impersonation.
  • Malware, hacking, or abuse.
  • Adult, violent, hateful, extremist, or unlawful content.

  • Violating WhatsApp, SMS, email, or platform policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate support, license access, or service access if misuse is detected.

15. Intellectual Property

AuthGo, including its name, logo, software, plugin code, design, documentation, branding, content, features,
and functionality, is owned by WebSure Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify for resale, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of
AuthGo without written permission.

All third-party trademarks, platforms, and services mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

AuthGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The product will be error-free.
  • The service will be uninterrupted.
  • All third-party integrations will always work.
  • OTP delivery will always be instant or successful.
  • WhatsApp, SMS, email, or Firebase services will always deliver messages.
  • The product will meet every business requirement.
  • All compatibility issues can be resolved.

You use AuthGo at your own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebSure Technologies Pvt Ltd, AuthGo, its owners, employees, developers,
partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or business losses arising from:

  • Use or inability to use AuthGo.
  • Website downtime.
  • OTP delivery failure.
  • WhatsApp or SMS delivery issues.
  • API restrictions or third-party service failures.
  • Data loss.
  • Revenue loss.
  • Customer loss.
  • Security issues caused by third-party systems.
  • Misconfiguration or unauthorized use.

18. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, license, access, or support if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • Payment is disputed or reversed.
  • Product files are shared illegally.
  • You misuse AuthGo or related services.
  • You violate third-party platform policies.

You may stop using AuthGo at any time.

19. Changes to Terms
